| Luigi is proving to be an incredible dad. He is still in the spawn tank with his fry. Around the 2 week mark there were some tiny fry that did not seem to be eating or growing. They could barely swim. I expected Luigi to take care of matters and he did... in a totally unexpected way. He built a new bubble nest and tucked the tiny fry back into the nest. He kept them in the nest for several more days picking them up when they fell out. During this time he only put the weak fry back into the nest. He never attempted to put the strong fry back in the nest. I think it worked too as there are now some tiny fry swimming around well in there.
The tub spawns were a bust. Poogle now closely resembles a PKCT and Peach looks about the same. Diego looks just like he did going in however he unfortunately killed poor Carmen (RIP).
The Ap. Bivittatum fry are doing very well. Here is a picture of the proud parents for those that are wondering what they look like.
